This was a common issue with these engines. Unfortunately there is no easy way to fix this problem other than to remove the intake manifold and replace this plastic tube along with the intake manifold gasket itself, these engines were common for the intake manifold gaskets leaking and also for that tube to crack over time and start to leak as well.
Like i stated, unfortunately there is no real "easy" fix for your problem. I have replaced many of these tubes and many intake manifold gaskets on these engines. I would not recommend doing it yourself unless you are familiar with these engine, there are special torque specifications for all the bolts. I do know that the intake manifold repair job usually runs somewhere in the ballpark of $800 - $1000 or more depending on where you take it.
