91 civic won't start

My 91 civic si is getting spark and fuel to the fuel rail, but its acting like its not getting fuel to the head so fuel is not going through the injectors, i took out a few plugs and poured gas in manuelly and it fires for a second untill the gas i added runs out, what would cause the injectors to stop working, i know there not clogged, theres no way all four could go bad all at once, could it be the computer or what

Hi unlikley to computer on the fuel rail there is a pressure relief control valve some are operated by vacuum so check the hoses some are electrical this controls fuel to all injectors it may be open all the time and fuel going straight to the return to the tank if this is the case there is no pressure for the injectors to work the individual injectors you can buy a tool that fits on the injector and connecting loom thats not dear so it lights flash as the pluses open the injectors or get a multi meter the wires that fit on the injector one is ground usually [black or brown] and the other is a 5v live when cranked yates210456

We have a '93 honda civic 4 door. Sometimes it won't start. The guys at meineke think it's the relay or connection or fuel pump. What do u there think it is there?

that is a muffler shop where they get paid commissions based on parts sold. go to a real mechanic, he should be able to quickly identify whether you have a fuel supply OR spark problem so as to minimize replacing good parts and head scratching! fuel pressure can be tested, so can fuel pumps.

MY 91 CIVIC SI IS GETTING BOTH FIRE AND FUEL BUT IS HARD TO START AFTER SITTING OVER NITE ANY IDEA ON WHAT THE PROBLEM MY BE?

When the engine is cold , unless it is a weak engine, a weak ignition and a poor fuel setting , can the car takes trouble to start.
So check the spark plugs, the wires, the coil , the coil trigger impulse and the fuel settings so that the car starts immediately.
make sure that the battery terminals are tight, the starter connections are tight.

1995 honda civic d15b7 cranks but wont start. new

Are you sure you have correct timing? its definetly a fule problem, if timing is good then turn your key to the on position and try to listin for the fule pump to prime. While the key is in on position go to fuel rail, there is a valve on fule rail called sharader valve. Get a small screw driver and press valve in to check if car has fule pressure. if pressure is present then it is incorrect timing or possible bad cam sensor.

91 honda civic dx. Starts, runs for a few seconds then stalls

Try pounding on the gas tank with a rubber mallet or similar tool. (careful not to dent the tank) Try starting it. If it runs, replace the fuel pump (it's nfg). I've diagnosed numerous fuel pumps this way. Remember the pump needs to be replaced, if you drive it, you don't know when it'll fail for good. Hope this helps. Please post the results.
