Try replacing coil. Ford coils are notorious for issues. Common issue when coil gets warm, oil in coil expands and leaks upward into coil wire shorting out. When it cools down, starts right up again until warm. Note: This MIGHT be your problem - it does happen.

Jeep stalls after 20 mins of runtime

Possible partially plugged filter, but also check ign coil...it could be "breaking down" when it gets hot!!!
Was distributor a guess, or was there a problem there? When it stalls, is there spark? Does it re-start and run normally after that?

Did you change your fuel filter? What about the air filter? You nay also have a bad plug wire. It may need a tune up. I do my own.
