My first guess would have been the turn signal switch, which you said you replaced. You'll have to get a wiring diagram of the switch and start testing wires for power out of the switch. Could be a problem with the main harness going back to the rear of the truck, or a ground for those sockets.
Replace both lights at the back of your car. The fact that you have steady non-flashing lights at the front and no lights at the back is a troubleshooting tool to let you know the back lights are bad.
Check the turn signal dimmer switch. It is under the steering wheel. You will need to take the steering wheel off. See if any wires are loose or damaged going to the turn signal switch. Good Luck!
