Hi, how do open up the roof dome lights and replace the bulb ??

    I have the plastic out and the bulb but cant fine one in the auto parts store it says l6 pc579

    This car has a electric sunroof with the motor, etc in the interior roof light assembly and I cannot find the antenna retaining base screw. Any ideas would be appreciated. Thanks

If it is covered by a white plastic then inspect it carefully and look for slots where you can put tiny screwdrivers to pry the plastics off, then you can replace your bulb. just be careful not to break the plastic.

sorry no idea not the common vehicle on spanish roads although they are here as well ,i think a mult`plug is loose but where ? you may be better off taking it to a dealer as one of there mechanics will surely have had this problem before so it could be cheaper in the long run

My interior lights in my 2007 pt cruiser wont go off. I had to pull the bulbs out of the dome and reading lights so the battery wouldnt go dead can you help me?
There is a short in the wiring of your interior lights. The wire has come loose and is now shorting against the metalic roof of your car. Remove the interior light from the roof enough so you can see the wires. Make sure the contacts are secure to the pins in the bulbs

I can not locate the Fuse for the center dome light in a 2005 Chrysler Town and Country. The bulb is good. The ground is good. Just no power on the hot lead.
I believe power comes from the body control module . so if other interior lights work, there may be an open circuit ...somewhere. I would see the dealer or a good shop that has a scanner that communicates with the BCM

Use a small strait edge to remove the clear cover of the light. once cover is removed, pull out light bulb. REplace in reverse order.

I have a 2007 Chrysler Town and Country overhead mamap lite
I very gently pried on the outer curve of the clear cover. It snapped out easily. Then I noticed it only clips in to place on the left and right side of the widest part of the cover. I was then able to simply twist the bulbs out socket and all.

2007 Chrysler TOWN AND COUNTRY.. OVRHEAD MAP
I had the same problem on my 07 and it turned out to be caused by the bulbs getting too hot and melting the surrounding plastic which opened the circuit powering them. I was able to fix the problem by removing the bulbs and cleaning the sockets allowing the bulbs to seat correctly. The lenses snap off to give you access to the bulbs. If you are not familiar with how interiors of cars come apart, I would not suggest doing it as you may crack the lens.
