How can i turn off my windshield wipers on my 2004 trailblazer they won't turn off

There are only to things which could cause this. The wiper motor cover or the switch itself.Which is part of the multi-function switch. The cover is cheaper. It is located under the air inlet grill. The cover is on the wiper motor itself. There is a circuit board on here that causes this problem. It is the part you need to replace.Hope this helps.Good luck.

I have a 2004 Trailblazer and the rear windshield wiper isn't working properly. Once you start the Windshield wiper it works fine however when you turn off the car or turn the wiper off it will not work...

The parking function is built into the motor assembly. We normally replace the assembly. If it is assembled with screws you may be able to open it and possibly repair it.

Windshield wipers quit working on 2003 chevrolet trailblazer. relays and fuses are okay.

There were some issues with ignition switches in those vehicles. It is easy to change and does not cost but about $30. Remove the column covers, unplug the switch, and depress the 2 white tabs holding it in place. Good Luck
