Did u replace fuses/windshield wiper relay ,both relays ,should be 2 inside the engine compartments fuse box, if not that then the wiper transmission arm could be partially busted or stripped....seems like common problem on this page, maybe lookup if might be free recall replacement
There are only to things which could cause this.The wiper motor cover or the switch itself.Which is part of the multi-function switch.The cover is cheaper.It is located under the air inlet grill.The cover is on the wiper motor itself.There is a circuit board on here that causes this problem.It is the part you need to replace.Hope this helps.Good luck.
The parking function is built into the motor assembly. We normally replace the assembly. If it is assembled with screws you may be able to open it and possibly repair it.
There were some issues with ignition switches in those vehicles.It is easy to change and does not cost but about $30. Remove the column covers, unplug the switch, and depress the 2 white tabs holding it in place. Good Luck

Summary
CERTAIN SPORT UTILITY VEHICLES HAVE WINDSHIELD WIPER SYSTEMS THAT WILL NOT TURN ON, CEASE OPERATION WHILE IN USE, FAIL TO TURN OFF/ON BY THEMSELVES (MOISTURE SENSITIVE WIPER SYSTEM), OR HAVE CONTINUOUS WINDSHIELD WASHER PUMP OPERATION BECAUSE THE PRESENCE OF WATER WITHIN THE WIPER MODULES CAN EITHER CAUSE A SHORT CIRCUIT OR CAN LEAD TO THE CORROSION OF COMPONENTS WITHIN THE MODULE.
Consequence
DEPENDING ON THE OCCURRENCE AND WEATHER SITUATION, DRIVER VISIBILITY COULD BE REDUCED, WHICH COULD RESULT IN A CRASH. RemedyDEALERS WILL COVER THE WINDSHIELD WIPER MODULE VENT HOLE WITH A PATCH.
