I have a 2008 Lincoln Mkz, when the car is in drive and my foot is on the brakes it vibrates what is causing that.

1.Check to make sure there are no broken belts on the tires, run you hand over your tires to feel for lumps if so you need to replace the tire.
2.Most likely what is causing the issue is your rotor, you need to remove the brake caliber, to do that there are 2 bolts holding the caliber on. make sure it is not warped.
3.You can usually pick up calibers for less then 50 dollars. Hope this helps
