Sorry, but the key is electronically coded to the car so you'll have to contact your nearest Lexus dealer to order a replacement. Be prepared for a large bill.
sorry but there is no way we can know what has happened, a body shop is not a good choice for the wiring damage, they fix sheet metal not wiring, have the car towed to a dealer and get the wiring fixed there, then if u need body work have the BS finish the job. Sorry i can't be of more help here.
