I have a 2001 Chrysler T&C. The transmission is stuck in limp mode. I have replaced the TCM and it is still in limp mode. I see manys postings with this problem but nobody posts what they did to repair it. I also checked the EATX.

Many times on Chrysler products, one or both of the speed sensors screwed into the front of the transmission will fail, and cause the tcm to go to limp mode. Also make sure you have power to the tcm. Someone with a scanner can check these for you, or the speed sensors are less than 20 bucks each, replace them both and cross your fingers. If the transmission has internal problems, the tcm will sense this and go into limp-mode as well.

Where is tcm on 2000 chrysler 300m

It's not the TCM. It's the solenoid pack in the transmission. Common fail. Part, fluid and filter will run about $350. Plenty of Utube videos on how to swap them. About 3 hours work.

How do I fix my 99 chrysler 300m gear stays stuck in second

this sounds like it has gone into limp mode which means there is a problem within the transmission and there is a code set in the TCM that you will have to get to diagnose.

What is wrong here?

P0700 indicates that there are codes stored in the TCM. You need to scan the TCM for the actuall transmission trouble codes. This can only be done with a higher end scan tool to do this.
