If your security light is on, then this is the problem. The security has it's own module, not in the radio. Turn the key on (don't start) let it sit for ten minutes, turn it off for five seconds and then try to start the car. This resets the security. To check the fuel pump. Find the fuel pump relay and pull it out. Put a jumper wire in the relay socket at terminals 87 and 30. 30 is power all times and 87 goes to the pump. If you have power at 30 and jump the relay socket and the pump still wont come on. Then either there is a bad wire (power or ground) or the pump is dead.
