Battery is fine but when i turn the key nothing happens. it won't turn over.

When you turn the key to start does the starter engage an spin the engine ? or nothing happens .
the lights and music come on but the motor will not start when I turn the key ??????? Will not start how ?

Your battery is shot.

Could be a bad alternator.. It may not be holding charge. Or your starter could have failed.

Though I've had the same problem and it was a dead battery in my vehicle. Had enough power, but to keep the car on..

could be the neutral switch try and crank it while moving the shifter around also try and put power to the small terminal on the starter that will tell you if the starter is bad or the wiring or switches

Check the neutral safety switch on the transmission. It should have three wires on the connector (if I remember correctly). There should be power on the Brown with yellow wire with the key in the crank position. If there is ground that wire and see if the van starts. If it does replace the switch. I would check your battery. I would also look for loose grounds. The clicking you hear is your fuel pump turning on. I would check your battery voltage and, have the battery load tested.

Well, I guess you won't be using the radio or driving after dark

You will get the code when you spend something,
because without the scan tool it won't happen.

Sounds like a starter to me. Pull it and take it to parts house for bench test. Do not replace unless they say it is bad.
