Your vehicle has 4.6 l v-8 an has a coil for each cylinder .This code most always is caused by a burnt driver (transistor) inside the PCM - engine computer . P0353 DTC and it faulted "Ignition coil c primary secondary ckt .
Spark plugs get too worn an the spark can't jump the gap causing the coil too over heat an short internally , causing the high voltage to enter the PCM .
My info showed coil on plug ignition. You have eight spark plugs and 8 coils, correct? Did you visually check for spark at the plugs? As you can see in diagram, the top wires are voltage, the bottom wires are ground.

First column is of course cylinder no., 2nd is the igntion coil, 3rd is the coil driver,4th is the PCM pin number,and last the related code.

Sounds like fuel pressure. 44 is lean exhaust and 43 is knock sensor circuit. The engine can knock if it is lean. Try the filter first. Also check fuel pressure if you have a gauge.

first before you waste any money buying a new cip (coil in plug) first just change the spark plug. its on the bottom of the cip. if its bad, i am willing to bet the rest are needing changed out. a royal pain in the **** to change. the easiest way is to unbolt you fuel rail and pop up the fuel injectors. this allows you room to get your sockets in and around the spark plugs (especially the back 2 on each side nearest the firewall. a good 4 to 6 hour job. take your time its really not that hard but time consuming.

This is a common problem with these cars, if you have the computer scanned and get the codes you will be able to pin point which coil is bad, thats what this codes means, you should have a coil for each cylinder the code should tell you which cylinder the coil is bad in then check that the coil connection is good if it is then replace that coil, heres a diagram to help you. the cylinders are labeled, so if it says cylinder 5 you use the diagram to find cylinder 5, hope this helps.
