If I remember right (all the japanese cars start looking the same to me after while), that would have a junction/fuse and relay box under the hood. From there it send power and all to the inside. Might start by checking that out. I know Toyotas had them where you could unbolt that box and turn it over to remove the bottom panel and inspect.

89 Toyota Camry le- car starts but no power to anytime?

The power locks and horn should work even if your car is off. Check the biggest fuse you have. It should be 80-100 Amp fuse coming from your alternator.

most likely blew a fuse or more so a fuse-able-link which is the larger high ampere fuses in the main fuse compartment under the hood.

1995 Camry tail/brake light

You should as a first step examine the wiring loom where it attaches to the trunk lid hinge. Camrys of that era became well known for fraying and breaking of the wiring in that spot. You may have a breakage or short circuit.

1991 Toyota Camry Won't crank, dash dead, no lights

I HAD SAME PROBLEM SOLVER OF MY MOMS 1996 CAMRY ABOUT HORN GOING OFF AND CAR WOULDN'T CRANK. JUMPED IT OFF AFTER A FEWW FRANTIC MOMENTS OF HORN HONKING-- FOUND OU IT WAS AN ALARM THING AND YOU CAN SHUT IT OFF BY TURNING IGNITION KEY TO ON POSITION AND MOVING TOGGLE SWITCH AT DRIVER KICK PANEL TO OVERIDE THE HONKING HORN PROBLEM--STILL NOT SURE WHAT CAUSED IT TO DO THIS AT BEGINNING. BATTERY WAS FULLY CHARGED AND HEADLIGHTS REAL BRIGHT TOO. COULD HAVE BEEN A DOORLOCK MANUAL MALFUNCTION--BEEN OK FOR A WEEK NOW.
