10W30 will be fine for a car with under 100 K miles. I usually go up to 10W40 when driving in very hot temps or when my moter is getting a bit more worn. It takes 5 Qts. with a filter change. 4 Qts without.
You need a blower motor resistor. If you have automatic temp control be prepared to spend a few dollars getting one. They put the resistor under the fuse panel by the firewall.

Remove the belt, Remove the 2 bolts that hold the pump to the engine by using a socket and extension through the hole in the pump pulley. Remaove the 2 hoses. you may have to pull the pump out through the wheel well.
