Hi, I have had too many problems with my 2006 endeavor. RIght now the engine light came on. The problem is a code P0302. I have had it tuned up 2 times in the last 3 years. The car runs rough and sputters, but still runs. ANy ideas or help is greatly appreciated. Thanks, Brad

TAKE IT TO NOONE ELSE BUT A CHEVY DEALERSHIP AND HAVE THEM RUN A DIAG GIVE YOU AN ESTIMATE. I LOVE THOSE OLD CHEVY ASTRO VANS I HAVE HAD 3 OF THEM. SIMETIMES IT IS CHEAPER TO JUST REPLACE THE OLD VANS RATHER THEN SPEND MONEY ON THEM. THE LAST VAN I HAD I HAD PUT OVER 700,000 MILES ON IT BEFORE I GOT RID OF IT.

Description:
Cylinder 2 - Misfire Detected
Possible Cause:
Wiring.
Ignition system.
Fuel injectors.
Fuel pressure.
Running out of fuel.
EVAP canister purge valve.
Evaporative emission system.
Low compression.
Base engine problems.
Engine control module (ECM).

Yes a misfire could cause a false 02 code. As far as why it's misfiring could be a plug and wire issue but hard to say without looking at it

Problem sometimes is with cheap parts they are bad.Good wires,good plugs,good coils.

the p0302 is Cylinder 2 Misfire Detected and the P0153 is P0153 O2 Sensor Circuit Slow Response (Bank 2 Sensor 1)

Hi.....

The code P0302, Missfiring detacted at cylinder # 2.
The Code P1313, Catalystic Damaged Bank A , due to Missfiring.
The code P1000, Transsmission check Not completed. during test.

OK. The Important of this problem is, Check the Engine compression on the Cylinder 2.
If the compression is GOOD, Maybe you cen solve the problem Making a TUNE-UP.
But if the compression is LOW, You will need to spend Mony to REBUILT THE ENGINE or HEADS.

OK.. The catalystic come Damaged due to the Missfiring, And will need to replace.

The code P1000. You need a transmission compatible scanner to see if there a code on the Trans.
