It would be easier to fix the doors you have on there, unless the bodywork panels are damaged or in worse shape than the ones on the old van. It can only be the hinges alignment, or the locking mechanism. You could take them from the old doors. To remove doors, you just undo the screws, and if connected, any wiring.

I assume it is deisel? if so you probably have an air leak in the **** side of the fuel pump, perhaps the primer pump, what sort is it?

i have a 2001y reg transit tipper and i think the starter motor is going when i go to start it like grinds then some times it starts perfect
