It would be easier to fix the doors you have on there, unless the bodywork panels are damaged or in worse shape than the ones on the old van. It can only be the hinges alignment, or the locking mechanism. You could take them from the old doors. To remove doors, you just undo the screws, and if connected, any wiring.
