The fuel pump relay is in a unit (along with the PCM power relay) called the constant control relay module. This unit is located in the left front of the engine compartment about midway between the headlight and the fusebox (closer to the fusebox). Hope this helps.
Fuel pump relays are typically located in the power distribution box under the hood or mounted on the Drivers side fender wall. The Fuel pump relay, AC relay and Starter Relay are all the same type and interchangeable so you can change them out between each other, like move the AC relay to the Fuel pump relay position and see if that resolves the problem.
