This sounds like a fuse problem, you will have to check the fuses in the fuse panel under the dash on the drivers side.also check the headlight switch to make sure the dash dimmer switch wasn`t accidentally turned off.

I replaced the alt on my 2000 montero sport and the radio and ac blower wont work!? what could be the problem?

You blew a fuse or relay. Check the fuses in the fuse panel, if those are good, check for burnt and\or "popped"-"blown" relays. Relays are usually located in a (black) box under the hood. (some are a different color, like red). Remove the cover, and on the inside (or out) you will find a diagram of the relay placement. Locate the desired relay and if it ls clear, take not as to whether its got a split in the "diode". You'll see it. If not clear, buy or find a fuse tester. Pull the relay and touch any two prongs until the light comes on, on the tester. If light stays off, the relay is bad. Chances are its simply a fuse, as fuses will blow before a relay.

Tail lights dash lights and turn signals not working

obviously it may have to do with the installation of the new stereo, while installing some fuse may have blown or wires are cut or wires were not put back in order.

New radio installed - now dash lights don't work

Most factory stereos are wired to the dash dimmer switch. Usually if the dash lights go out after an after market stereo installation, it is because the wire that originally went to the factory stereo is not used for after market stereos. Double check the fuses and ensure the wire that controlled the lights on the factory stereo is not grounding out on something.

Power windows, dash

you have a short circuit somewhere in whatever #19 fuse protects. you might want to consider replacing some of the relays that control those items.
