Did you replace the flasher?

check the light bulbs (filiments can break and touch the other filament in the bulb and backfeed other circuits) if they appear ok remove the non working bulbs and swap positions with the working bulbs and see if anything changes

When a turn signal bulb is blinking fast, it is an indicator that a bulb is bad in the system. Replace the left rear turn signal bulb, then see if the left front blinker has gone back to normal. Everything works, more or less, so you know that the switches and fuses are good. That means that you've got either bulb problems or power/ground problems. First, try swapping the bulbs around to see if the "bad" lights will work with the known "good" bulbs in them. If so, you just need to replace some bulbs. If not, check the sockets inside and out for corrosion, clean them (wire brush, steel wool, sandpaper, etc.) if necessary, and use a voltmeter or automotive tester to make sure that you have power and ground to each socket. The fast flash on the turn signal is just an indicator that a bulb is out.

make sure our lights at rear are grounded sounds like a bad earth

Defintely sounds like the turn signal switch is bad.
If the flasher was bad, your right blinker wouldn't work.

If the left front light works,then you don't need a fuse you need a bulb for the left rear light.

It's the bulb. There are two filliments in the bulb. One is for when you turn your lights on and the other is for breaking and blinker flashing. When the break filliment goes bad it causes the blinker to flash very rapidly. 100% the bulb. Change it and all will be good again. P.S. if it were a fuse none of the break lights or blinkers would work.

Usually a fast turn signal means that there is a light out. You should probably check all of your lights, including back-up lights, and turn signals. If there is one out then replacing the burnt out bulb should fix the problem.
