2003 misubishi eclipse changed radiator& thermo still over heats ?

Feel the heater hoses near the fire wall, should both be near the temperature of the upper radiator hose. If they are, no blockage in the heater core. As long as the engine is getting up to operating temp. You may have a bad temperature actuator on the heater not switching to heat.

thermo fan not cutting in /clutch fan faulty.
headgasket blowen...check for bubbles in the radiator if lots of bubbles then its a headgasket /cylinderhead problem

Check your Radiator Cap

Did you check the temperature range of the new thermostat? When you refilled the radiator, did you use antifreeze?

buy a radiator flush kit, some prestone flush additive, and even maybe a new thermostat, and a simple haynes manual for your auto. The manual will tell you where and how to change the thermostat, and how to drain the radiator, and how much radiator fluid you will need. The flush kit will instruct you where to put the flush fitting.
Remove the thermo, flush the motor, install new thermo and gasket. Add radiator fluid, done. This should solve your over heating probs. Don't let it over heat! You can cause major probs then.

You could always take it to a shop and pay the $200 to do it for you. My way would cost you less than $50.

have your waterpump checked also thermostat flush radiator and renew the cap make sure your thermo fans are functioning
