The drivers side heated seat no longer heats. Not normally a problem but it has been - 45 here this week and I would love to have a warm bum again. The fuse seems to be fine.

Failed seat heating elements are fairly common. I have also seen several failed seat control modules. Access to the data from the Body Control Module and the Seat Module is necessary to perform an effective diagnosis.

under the seat theres a wire pig tail.thats the supply.as far as the ohms try giving the dealer a call they should supply that info if not try a haynes manual

Passenger side seat belt is locked.can;t even pull it an inch.

take seat belt loose at floorboard and check to see if anything is stuck in mechanism, sometimes the rachet spring will break and a ne seat belt is in order

no you dont need a special tool you have to take the throttle body off it makes it sooooooo much more simple.
