I would start off by trying to jump start the vehicle. If it starts and runs normal, that tells you the starter and engine are okay, and the problem is in the charging system - battery, battery cables, alternator, relays, etc.
Now if it doesn't start, I would take the belt off and see if I could move the crank manual with a wrench. If it rotates (CW) then most likely your starter is bad.
Check the starter, the battery cables leading to the starter, and the solenoid that applies power to the starter.
