Clicking sound means dead battery!!! Could be bad connection to battery or bad ground from battery also.

You have trashed a computer. Maybe all of them. Put a scanner on it and see which ones you can't read. These are dead.

the pcm energizes that relay. should be a dark blue wire with a yellow stripe going from pcm pin 67 to pin 8 on power dist center. check all fuses then check wire. Is the check engine light on with key on? Possible bad pcm.

Are you sure the fuel pump is not working ?
Is the pump getting power from the relay when the key is turned on ?

Start by cleaning battery terminals try to start if headlights are bright and nothing check the starter relay by the fuses stick the same type from another circuit or a spare one where it says spare. Try to start if the lights are bright hit the starter with a hammer a few times while someone has the key turned if it starts you need a new starter. If lights go out recharge battery or replace battery

could be your fuel pump, the fuel filter in out side of the tank on the line between the tank and the engine.. or the fuse relay
