J, I am sending you some info to read but it appears that the most likely cause is the blower motor relay. Give the following notes a read and if you need some more help give me a buzz... Best of Luck..

1996 Chrysler Town & Country 3.3L, Vin R 1996 Dodge Grand Caravan ES 3.8L, Vin L 1996 Chrysler Town & Country LX 3.3L, Vin R 1996 Dodge Grand Caravan LE 3.8L, Vin L 1996 Dodge Caravan LE 3.8L, Vin L 1996 Dodge Grand Caravan SE 3.3L, GAS, Vin R, Eng Cfg V6 1996 Dodge Caravan Sport 3.3L 1996 Plymouth Grand Voyager SE 3.3L, GAS, Vin R, Eng Cfg V6 1996 Dodge Grand Caravan ES 3.3L, Vin R 1996 Plymouth Voyager Rallye 3.3L Customer Concern: Front blower does not work; no power to it. Fuse is OK. Tests/Procedures: 1. At the blower motor, there is a Dark Blue wire. This wire should have battery voltage whenever the key is in the "on" position. Power for the blower motor comes from the blower relay.

2. Access the front blower relay, it is located on the driver's side under the dash, near the junction block. There will be four wires going to it. The Dark Green wire should have battery voltage all the time. The Dark Blue wire is going to the motor. The Black/Orange wire should have battery voltage with the key in the "on" position. The Black wire should be grounded at all times. On this circuit, the relay is energized whenever the key is in the "on" position. Potential Causes: Front Blower Relay
Front Blower Relay Wiring
Heater Ventilation Air Conditioner (HVAC) Control Head
Tech Tips: The front blower relay is located under the dash, on the driver's side. It may be necessary to remove the junction block (fuse and relay box) in order to see it. Diagnostic Codes: None

Front blower motor quit working replaced ignition switch, control module, resister, and blower motor but still doesnt work fuses are all good where do i look next

normally it is the resistor,( relay) then resistor module then motor.
did you test the relay(I believe located under hood, relay/fuse center), If OK check plugs and wires for melting, damage and good connection, grounds should also be checked. Use a volt ohm meter to see if you are getting any power ti motor, etc.

Inside fan blower does not work

There is a fuse, but have you checked the blower motor? If the fuse is good, then bump the blower motor with you r hand with it on,see if it will try and come on,if it does, then the blower motor is bad, then check the blower relay. If this was at all helpful, please rate. The fuses are under the hood in the relay/fuse box on drivers side, and there are some on the inside, fuses.

Heater fan on 2002 Yukon does not operate in front, only rear.

The front blower motor is controlled by the blower resistor module. This is usually the problem with the front blower not working.I looked up the schecmatics and I don`t see separate fuses for the front and rear. But the fuse for the front blower is in the under hood fuse block. If this is good then The problem is probably the resistor module. It is next to the blower motor. The connector from the resistor connects to the blower motor. If you want to confirm this you can check for power and ground at the blower motor connector when you activating the blower switch on.This can be done with a test light.Make sure you have power going into the resistor module also.If you have power going in and no power at the blower motor then replace the resistor.Hope this helps.Good luck.

Heater doesn't blow air? my front windows roll down but my back windows dont. their electric.1988 mercedez 190

Blower is used for either AC or Heater demand. If it doesn't work in heater mode, but work in AC mode then it is a problem with the Climate Control. If it doesn't work in both cases, then check the fuse near the front fender on driver side ( It is not in the fuse box). If the fuse is good, then it is not necessary the blower is burnt, but the blower regulator is burnt. The Blower regulator is underneath of the blower. It can be accessed from the engine side under the wiper motor.

Heater stopped working today. Rear still working but not alot.

2005 Chrysler T&C Van. My front blower also stopped working overnight. Rear blower works fine. I swapped the 40A fuse in the underhood fuse box with the 40A fuse for the power seats since I don't have power seats. No help. I then swapped the front blower relay with the spare relay in the same box. No help. I'm wondering if there is a reset button for the blower and if so where it may be. Any hint or help with the blower would definiely be appreciated. Thanks
