Does your cars motor crank over when it is warm? If the motor will not even crank over chances are that your starter is bad. I am sorry I could not be of more help, but I need more information before I can be of any further assistance. Hopefully this helps you out and at least gives you a place to start.

1996 honda will not start under 60 degrees

tune it up. (fresh spark parts work best in cold and for sure damp wheather.
fresh gas?
leaking injectors?
isc stuck closed, and rpm low, hot?

the ecu, anticipates the next cold start,
it knows how much to open the iSC valve, to get a good start cold
and if colder to day, it opens more. (math)
if it (ISC) is gummed up,fas all do, it cant start right
so next time, try %10 throttle, starting, emulating a good ISC.
see?

1988 honda accord dx stalls after starting when cold, when tring to restart smells like fuel and wont start

check if the air intake is clear , no cracks/split etc in the pipe work , air filter is clean,if look ok then i'd get the stepper motor checked out as a first step

Intermittent starting problem

Sounds like the starter solenoid on the starter has failing contacts, and needs replacing.

Hi there my 1996 honda accord is giving problems in the cold weather on startup. The battery seems good and the starter as well it cranks over just fine but no ignition. The car is struggles to start....

I would need more info on the 96:
when you say struggles to start do you mean it cranks for a long period of time or does it sound weak when cranking.

On the 94:
It very much sounds like the idle control motor. Usually if you let the vehicle warm up in place you can avoid this. take the idle air control off and see if there is a lot of carbon build up and clean carefully.
Most often I opt for replacing the idle control motor.

Remember if this helps, please leave feedback and vote. Thank you and good luck.

On my wifes 2004 yukon, the engine warms up and the blower works fine, but it takes forever for the air to finally blow warmly. when it finally does, if we switch it to another location (floor or defrost),...

iwould check the selector motor, and also replace the thermostant, start with the stant first, the selector motor is what runs the door for hot or cold the motor is a common problem,if the temp gauge is showing a quick warm up temp then its the selector motor, if it takes a while to reach operating temp then replace the t-stant,also make sure the coolant is full in radiator, check when cold or warm, dont open when hot, hope this is helpful.

92 Honda is hard to start when cold...sometimes it will start fast, but most times it takes over 5 mins to start

very common change the temp sensor for the computer. it thinks it is warm when it is cold and doesn't inrich fuel like a choke would. causing to have a hard start. good luck

454 ci gm turns over hard backfires timing ok acts flooded

Check fuel pressure, and regulator. A leaking regulator gives a warm engine more fuel [ it does not like it] a cold motor does. same as a flooded motor. Good luck
