My feul pump is wired incorrectly I need a dugram to wire my fuel pump correctly on a 1995 Dodge Dakota V6 3.9. The fuel pump is brand new. the Computer works. all the relays works. We ran a wire direcly from the fuel pump to the relay bock and the fuel pump runs but wont cut off and the fuel pump wont run without running this wire directly to the relay box. Whats the problem?

Could be your pump going out. Only way to be sure is check if power is available at the fuel tank connector when the pump isn't working. If a voltmeter or test light still shows power on the fuel pump wire, then you probably need a new pump.

you have messed up and not hooked the wires up for the gauge you have them reversed positive to negitive and vise versa common mistake for someone who does not do it for a living.
