Moly and other lubes offer reduced friction and increased bolt tension, which will affect the torque figure. According to Haynes Manual, 2005 Nissan Altima, using BRAND NEW cylinder head bolts:

1 - Tighten in sequence (as pictured) to 37 ft-lbs.
2 - Tighten an additional 60 degrees.
3 - Loosen all bolts completely.
4 - Tighten in sequence 26 - 32 ft-lbs.
5 - Tighten in sequence an additonal 75 degrees.
6 - Tighten in sequence an additional 75 degrees.
