On the top of the seat back under the headrest the little square plastic base has a little hole on the left side, push a pin in to release lock while pulling up on headrest. You need to hold headrest up while releasing both postes.
spray some white lithium in the belt buckle and put the seat belt latch inside just do that for awhile it should loosen it up/ or wd 40/ Please rate my response thank you very much
