I have a 1988 Chevy 1 ton truck, with 350 motor. I have spent so much money on this truck its unreal, I just had it take a dump on my again. The fuel pump went out, and now the throttle body, No one in this town with work on it and I don't have the money to buy a new TB, because its not worth it. My question could I change it over to a carb, and if so what other parts do I need. I have always have had problems with the throttle body and I am done with it.

Yes, to change it will be relatively easy: you just need a new intake manifold, a new air filter housing and a new distributor. All the parts can be obtained for a junkyard, the engine block is almost the same from the late 60's.
Just make sure to insulate all the electrical connections that are no longer used and adapt the ignition to the new system - 3 wires to reattach.

Can a 1995 gmc 350 block and heads interchange with a 1988 chevy 1/2 ton 350

You will have to look for yourself with this picture. I don't think that'll fit example:
1-valve cover.
2-engine oil pan seals and gasket.
3-The rear block for the transmission.
4 Engine support bracket.
There are so many differences.

1987 chevy with Throttle Body... You literally have to put it to the floor to get it to start, then it'll run nice for a while thinking it'll run take it for a drive and it will shortly die on

Check all fuel lines for leaks, make sure it doesn't have bad gas in it. Listen for fuel pump when key is turned on. Change fuel filter. See if that's helps.

Usally the fuel pump, which is in the gas tank. Check the fuel pump fuse and fuel pump relay.

1988 Ford F350 won't start

U will need to get the fuel pressure checked to confirm it is or isn't the problem, there is no substitute for proper testing work if u want to repair the truck in a min of time and a min of money spent on un-needed parts.
