2001 Ford focus replaced alternator battery checked fuse still not charging

Your car might be fitted with the Ford smart charging system - the alternator has an extra plug in the side.

The above system gives alternator control to the engine management system. Charging is suspended during acceleration to free up a couple of extra horsepower - that is almost the extent of my knowledge about the system other than a management fault can switch off the alternator permanently. When the additional plug is disconnected the alternator will charge as normal though the charge light will be on...

Battery light stays on after changing battery, alternater & plugin.

Is the system charging? You should have 14.2 14.6 volts at the battery. The charge light is controlled by the alternator internally. If the charging system is working, you could have a bad diode inside the alternator keeping the light on or a short/grounded circuit to the battery light

How do i find the fuseable link for the aultonator in a 2002 mazda 626?

by new battery you mean brand new off the shelf in which case the voltage would have been 12.5volts and not 11.5 volts. battery voltage will drop while cranking an engine but should recover to 12 volts when stopped. The alternators charge directly to the battery by the red wire from the back of the alternator to the positive terminal of the battery. The other smaller wires are for the regulator control and charge lights. Take the vehicle to an accredited auto electrician to have the fault rectified.

Where is the fuse for alternatoron2004 navigator light on dash comes on after alternator has been changed

If the thick black and orange wire does not have battery voltage, there is a fuseable link near the battery or starter that is melted.
Same thing with the smaller orange and lite blue wire.
The smaller wires involve the computer and the instrument panel warning light.

Replaced starter, alternater and battery car still drains battery. whats wrong?

First you can not test an alternator by disconnecting the battery cable. That is what we did back when cars had generators. Today you can fry the computer and alternator running the engine with the battery cable off.
Meanwhile, I would look for a fuseable link or main fuse problem. The alternator circuit may not be connected to the fuse box and battery.

Charging system

Well, if the link is burning, something major is wrong, replace the link alone and it would certainly fail again. I suggest that you pull the alternator and get it bench tested. I suspect diode problems...
