If all the bulbs light up but don't blink, you need to replace the turn signal flasher unit. A replacement unit should be available at your local parts store, and they should be able to look up a location for you. These flashers are typically hidden under the dash in various places on different types of vehicles.

Turn signal not working?

If both sides do not work, check the flasher.
If one side is not working, you may have one bulb out.

I have a 1995 Cadillac Deville 4.9L; I noticed that when I use my turn signals, my side marker lights (both sides) light up, but they do not blink. Are they supposed to blink? I had a 1989 Fleetwood 4.5...

If any of the bulbs is burnt, the turn signal will not flash. It will also happen if the bulb is the wrong type. Does this happen on both sides? If on both sides, you either have bulbs burnt on both sides, or the flash unit in the fuse box went bad, although this rarely happens.

My turn signals dont work unless i'm srepping on

The mechanism in the steering column works you turn signal and brake lights. Odds are its bad, they break sometimes because of the tilt wheel and sometimes they just wear out. You have an air bag in your wheel, I would suggest you might want to take it to a shop. lee

Why is my signal light blinking so fast on my 95 cadillac deville concours

when a blinker either speeds up or slows down from its normal pattern it usually means that one of the bulbs have burned out, changing the load on the capacitor that makes it blink. check all your blinkers outside the vehicle including sidemarkers if they blink too

Turn signal light replacement on my 91 sedan deville

Under the hood, you should be able to find the socket for the bulb behind the lighting assembly. The back of the socket turns out about a quarter of a turn, then can easily be removed to replace the bulb.
It goes back in reverse.

1996 cadillac sedan deville blinker stoped blinking

I assume all lamps are tested to be ok.
1) Check fuse A11 in trunk (10A) is ok,
2) Check turn flash enable relay 'F' in trunk is operated when vehicle Ign on,
3) Check +12V is present on Lt Blu wire on turn flasher module (LHS steering column) when Ign on,
4) if no fault found during above checks, operation of the turn switch should be checked
