Your question is to vague to give concrete information, but this is what I know. Every mechanic has a favorite brand when it comes to sparkplugs. Nissan people (your Infinity is a Nissan) like to use NGK spark plugs. The oxygen sensors are what controls the air/fuel mixture once the vehicle has run for about 4 minutes. Have him change the plugs and wires, and the o2 sensors and you should be fine as long as there are no mechanical issues.

1999 Infinity. Where is the fuse that supplies backup/memory power to the E.C.M. on it.

Question edited for clarity and toss in some CAPS.

There is nothing that backs up memory. When you disconnect the battery, all memory is lost, which is why it is important not to do it!

You don't tell us the model? Is it a secret? All questions need 'year make model' as the FIRST 3 words.

If your have a 1999 Infinity I30, the ECM Fuse is Fuse 58.

I would like to replace my cigarette lighter with a USB port. which one will fit a 1996 Infiniti I30?

I would recommend simply purchasing an adapter with 2 USB ports on it. This way, you have 2 USB ports but it you need to plug in some other device, such as a portable air compressor or an electric torch, you still can do so by unplugging the USB port adapter.

P 0734 -gear 4 incorrect ratio and P 0150 oxin sensor circut ( band 2 sensor 1\r\n and car will not pass smog what do we do a 1996 i30 infiniti

The first code could be due to a shift solenoid in the transmission. you can have a transmission shop use a scanner to observe the shift patterns while driving it, some will do free diagnostics if you shop around. the second code is for your oxygen sensor, you will need to replace it because if bad it can cause the engine computer to make the car run lean or rich and will make it fail said smog tests. the sensor the code is referring to is your upper sensor, if it is a v6 model it will be on the passenger side upper or if it is a 4 cylinder model it will be the only upper sensor.

I'm getting four different fault codes for my 2000 infiniti i30. I have canceled all the codes several times but they always come back within a month or two. The i30 runs fine in every respect. The codes...

Sensor 2(s) are those aft of the catalytic converter(s).
The pre-cat sensors typically fail more frequently than those post-cat.
The codes you cite are related to all sensors.
It is worth running a test of the sensors. Most garages can do the tests without any disassembly and for less than the cost of replacing any one of the four. Then you can replace the faulty unit with confidence.
