I think that if your fuses keep coming up out of your fuse block, you need an exorcist, not an auto repair expert.
Could be 100 things,but your starting point may be to hook up an OBD-II scan tool, and ask the
vehicle's computer what it thinks is wrong.
It could be the starter motor solenoid is failing to retract after being activated. This would cause the
engine to fire up, but the engine would be ******** from running free by the huge torque needed
to turn the starter motor (through an un-retracted starter soleniod gear), and would promptly stall.
The next time you try to start the vehicle, the starter solenoid would activate to throw the gear, but
the gear has stuck in the "thrown" position, and the engine would fire, then promptly stall again.
Since its willing to start for a short time, this exonerates the battery, starter motor, ignition switch,
and neutral safety switch, but not the fuel system.
