My 2004 430 Lexus ran fine yesterday, but did not start this morning. minor clicking noise. New Battery???

I do think you have a leaking engine cylinder gasket or a cracked cylinder head.

unlock and lock your doors with your keyfob,then put the key in the ignition,and start it,but,you need to have your key fob near it,if you dont have one,your bad luck,call a dealer

I would check the battery, by jumping it with another car. If it starts then I would have the charging system checked out. Now if it does not start then it may be the starter. I hoped this helped Tim

Clean your battery terminals. Make sure you take them off the battery and clean the battery poles too.

Have you checked your ignition coil? A bad ignition coil can also cause this.

Regardless of the battery age,sounds to me as if you have a drain on the electrical system First thing to do is completely recharge battery. An initial quick inspection might show a light staying on, whether it be a door , reading, glove box, or trunk lights, among many other things. If nothing is obvious an electical reading of the system while removing and reinstalling fuses will show the circuit causing the drain, Hope this helps

i'd change the filter which is under the car on the drivers side just trace the fuel lines from the rear of the car toward the front its a large cylinder 9if that don't work then shoot it)

the battery is located under the rear seat, check battery connections. if connections are tight replace starter.

Check your battery status in the morning. Sounds like you have a drain, or a weak battery which will cause the problem.
