2004 pontiac sunfire clock and led radio lights out or very dim after dealer replaced cluster to repair temp. gague that was stuck on reading 250 deegres even when car was cold. They sold my lady a battery too because they said when their mechanic shook the cable acid was leaking out. She went right back to tell them the clock and radio led's were out and their now saying because we left the car lights on a week and a half ago and needed a jumpstart that were the ones who might have damaged the led's even though they worked fine until they serviced the vehicle. So now their offering us a new radio for $250 as a so called (good will?) gesture because jerry the **** weed from Woodbridge, N.J. Pontiac dealer claims its a $1000 value. Good deal or con job , sounds like the latter to me. Also we had gotten a jumpstart from AAA and he hooked up a computer to the battery and did a through check and we were fine. At this point I don't believe them there was even a battery problem until after the guy as jerry admitted shook one of the cables possibly causing an acid leak, I later checked the pan and didn't see any evidence of a acid leak.
