My ABS anti-lock comes on as I drive away.When I start to stop and come to a stop it turns off.I have a 1995 GMC 2500 Sierra SL.

Well, it could mean that the emergency brake has not been fully released.The ABS system light is on if something has occurred within the ABS system. Something faulty may have happened there, get it checked out!

    My truck has a different light other than the abs anti-lock to show that my parking brake is on .It actually shows a (P) in red.I believe the problem after doing more reaserch is a faulty wheel speed sensor.I had replaced the alternator and battery a day before.Now being the third day the light does not come up no more.

I don't really know either, but , I have a 4x4 myself, gmc 2500, maybe together we can see what it is. my gmc has a shift lever on the floor to change 2w, 4w, hi, lo range, n. I'm assuming so so you., is there a switch @ transfer case, that is @ fault ? hope that grinding stopped that you mentioned. seems to me the transfer case is where we should look at first. 1995 GMC Sierra 3500 both front brakes locks up after driving a few miles have replaced all but the EHCU.
That was a bad year for anti-lock units. GM changed this around 2000 or so.

After driving for a short time the anti-lock break light comes on
you should check the ABS system under the hood. It's where the brake fluid reservoir is. make sure you're not losing fluid. and then, check your abs sensors on wheels; they could be going bad.

yo man, idk if this is exactly what your problem is but my 1991 gmc sierra was doing the same fuckin thing and ****, and i took it to the gm dealer and had them look at it and my connectors and my ignition switchs were fried, also my truck was having a problem shitfing once those went but i also had that problem, perhaps yours is somehwta liek that as well... hope i could help

Anti-lock brakes come on just before I stop when payment is dry
did you check the alb sensor? You might also have the "return spring" stuck in the emergency brakes. Sometimes they break causing the brake to lock, which in turn activates the alb. Also, check the brake oil level, in some cars alb dont work properely if the oil level is too low. Good Luck

Anti-lock brakes come on just before I stop.
It might be a ALB sensor. Did you check to see if the sensor is operational? Its the cheapest place to check.

Cluster lights come on and off fuel needle and speedotemeter stop
you need to take down the dash,and your gonna have to take it out
and do some soldering change a few resisters stuff like that circuits
may even be oxidated
