nope, the 97 Blazer does not have a cabin air filter. I have a 97 Blazer as well. We just have the one rectangular air filter that's in the air cleaner housing under the hood.
The cabin air filter is placed on the right bottom side of the dash panel - passenger side, for 2006 Audi A6. Remove the carpet and behind the plastic cover is the cabin filter. When installing new filter see for the correct position - air flow is indicated by arrow. See pictures below:
