sounds like you have got water in to the vehicle electical system give it time to dry out leave the hood open

no communication between VSA module and ECM, Check wiring, fuses, or vsa module. If vsa module it may be costly. VSA is the ABS/Trac control. Can you pull codes from vsa are the lights for vsa (ABS) coming on in the dash?

You need a scanner that can read VSA codes, they will be stored in the computer. This will tell you what is failing, turning on the light.

Bad ABS Censor

First thing you have to make sure that the cooling fan are working,not the a/c fan. Make sure all the hoses are the same temp. If not the thermostat most likely it my be the water pump

YES THE VSA AND ABS UNITS WORK IN UNITY SO USUALLY WHEN 1 FAILS BOTH FAILS I HAD THIS PROBLEM IN MY 01 RL AND VSA UNIT NEEDED TO BE REPLACED

The SRS computer needs to be reset, if you dont have a repair manual i would first suggest finding one for each car. The basic principal is that you jumper the diagnostic plug (under the glove box in the RL). The next step I believe is that you must depress the TCS button, then while holding it down you turn the key to on, continue to hold the TCS button for 15 sec and then let off. The check engine light should then blink really quick a few times and that means its reset. Im reciting this from memory so dont quote me on it. I have done it before for the RL but not the integra, id really suggest finding a repair manual though.
