Fuse #20 is refer at Anti-lock Brake System (ABS) module, Brake-shift interlock, Speed control module, Back-up lamps, Overdrive cancel switch, Electronic flasher (turn/hazard), according with the 2004 Ford Ranger Owner Guide.
You will need to check and test all the circuits involved in this point, siwtches, sockets and wires; since this fuse is blowing constantly, one short is located in some circuit. I will disconnect all those components one at a time and road test.

they checked all the circuts involed with this fuse and found nothing wrong. it was road tested after test and everything worked. thats why i am asking you if you know anything else to do to it.
