SOURCE: changing fuel filter on 2004 chrysler town and country

  1. Remove or disconnect the following:
    • Negative battery cable
  2. Raise the vehicle and support the fuel tank with a transmission jack.
    • Fuel line from the front of the tank
    • Ground strap
    • Inboard side of the fuel tank straps and front T strap fastener and lower the tank about 6 inches
    • Fuel lines from the fuel pump module
    • Fuel filter
  3. Installation is the reverse of removal. Tighten the fuel filter bolts to 40 inch lbs. (4.5 Nm), the main tank straps to 40 ft. lbs. (54 Nm) and the T strap to 250 inch lbs. (28 Nm).
  4. Start the engine and check for leaks.

SOURCE: 2002 Chrysler Town and Country

Ok, i'm assuming your replacing them, there is an oval rubber stopper on the backside of the rotor, in the backing plate, located near the bottom. it will tighten or loosen the e-brake shoes inside the rotor, loosen them all the way off, then get a big hammer and give them a really good smack, be carefull not to damage the wheel studs, if your reusing them hit on the hat of the rotor, if replacing you can hit right on the rotor face.
Use some antiseize on the hub before installin your new rotors, and don't forget to readjust your
e-brake and reinstall the rubber plug

SOURCE: tpms light on 2006 town and country

Same thing happened to my 2006 T&C when the weather turned cold. I found that the recommended tire pressure was 36 lbs/sq. in. When I inflated all 4 tires to this pressure, the light went out after driving a few miles.

Does anyone have the system wiring diagrams for a 1997 Chrysler Town and Country, blowing fuses like crazy!

I can tell you where to download a service manual for the Chrysler Voyager of that vintage. I believe the Town and Country would be similar. Wait till the time display expires and then save file to your hard drive.

It is a 50mb file.

Hope this helps solve your problem. Must be a solenoid somewhere that is shorting or stuck and draws current.

Can't remove the wheel from a 2006 town and country

aluminum wheel, steel hub. corrosion creates a sticky situation. Try a large blow to the side wall of the tire, carefully as the blunt object used will most certainly bounce back! A couple of blows to the front then rear of the sidewall (while looking at tire from side) should brake it free, when replacing, use anti-sieze on the hub where alum and steel meet.
