On an #1157 bulb there are two different filaments. One is for parking lights.
The other is brake/turn signal. One can burn out and not the other. Change
your #1157 bulb. If for some reason it isn't the bulb, check into the turn signal "switch" on the column. Good luck!

The cheapest thing to do is change any and all bulbs in that tail light. if 1 is bad it can effect all of them. hopefully you don't have a short somewhere. but i would try the bulbs first, they're only a couple dollars and usually the problem. gl

bulbs are all good. do you think it is the light socket it self?

1993 chevy silverado parking lamps go of when i turn on headlights, signal lights flicker when i press on brake.

Yes I would look for a ground circuit problem. I would look at the ground wires for the headlights first. Even run a new ground wire for the tail lights to see if it helps.
Could be a ground connection for the body to frame or body to battery.

Check the ground wire to the fuel sending unit @ the tank, A ground wire can be spliced in and located on a good metal surface just about any where..
