The EVAP canister purge volume control solenoid valve is moved by ON/OFF pulses from the Engine Control Module (ECM). replace the pvc valve and have the egr valve replace.make sure the vacuum hoses connect to egr valve and pvc replace.change air filter.all those things will cause high emission if not working properly.cause you to fail smog test.
