What fuse did you check ? 10amp body fuse in the I/P fuse box . Check for B+ voltage ,with a volt meter , on both sides of the fuse . Black lead to ground an touch the little metal tab's on top of the fuse one at a time . Should see battery voltage with the door open . If there is no voltage check the 30 amp batt fuse in the I/P fuse box . For the power locks did you check 20amp locks fuse located in the I/P fuse box ?

The wiring diagrams for this vehicle are about 60 individual pages. Which diagram are you looking for?

Not sure if these photos got downloaded ... It would have helped to have the P04XX code for your issue. Your code analysis indicates a wide spectrum of possibilities .... not just the purge solenoid near the engine. There are web references to various Saturn EVAP issues .. not always pointing to the same root cause. Troubleshooting these are not always easy since numerous things can fail to throw the OBDII code. Good luck!

I take it that you have a standard transmission ? there is no adjustment, but on the saturns the plastic insert on the shifter lever (remove the center console) is what breaks, Napa auto parts has the replacement part for about $20, or you can go to saturn and spend $200 on replacing both cables

when was the clutch last change ? my saturn is a 1998 with over 300k and never had this happen but I have changed my clutch at 275k

What you speak of is called a hiem joint. There has to be a sleeve or ring still on the trans rod the holds the ball in the socket. Look on the shift rod and see is it still there. If yes, pop the ball back in the socket and the ring back in on the ball, Find out what holds the ring in against the ball and fix that.

Did anyone ck the coolant temp sensor? Air intake temp sensor, MAF sensor etc.

You have what is called a parasitic draw on the electrical system , battery . Could be a control module not powering down when it's should . a electrical componet is staying on . , light in glove box , something you can't see . Bad diode in the alternator could cause this . But this just gussing , testing is the way to a fix . Watch thesed videos on testing for a draw on the system . clutch slave cylinder bad. Check to see if clutch reservoir has brake fluid in it. If reservoir is low try filling and pumping clutch pedal with hand until its firm. It is also possible that clutch is worn out and pressure plate is broken

Where do you find A BCM fuse ? I have factory service info for this vehicle an do not see a BCM or BCM fuse anywhere ! I see lock an unlock door relays in the I/P junction box . I don't see one on diagrams at http://bbbind.com/free_tsb.html free wiring diagrams . If there is one it would be on the drivers side under the dash behind the left kick panel .

Tensioner, alternator, power steering pump, water pump. All of these can cause this. Using either a mechanics stethoscope or a long screw drive (place you screwdriver near not on the pulley if each decice. Then place you ear to the handle..the screwdriver will transmit any sounds to your ear. Always be careful of clothing, jewelery hair etc so I'd doesn't get caught in the belts or pulleys) locate what is making the noise and replace.

You will need to replace it with a salvage yard part if you can find one.
