Rolls Royce, especially the older classic models, are known for having relays and solenoids mounted in strange places in the engine bay. You could find the starter motor and tracing the small wires back until you find the relay. I would also suggest you try some of the Rolls Royce owners forums as they will have a more specific knowledge of the wiring layout.

Wow cool car. Unfortunately, only Rolls Royce has that information. I do not know how you cam to own the car or if you own the car but the it is my understanding that the buyer was to sign a contract stating only Rolls Royce is to work on the car. I could be wrong but I have never seen nor heard of a Rolls Royce repair manual offered to the public. And that is the only place I know of that would have the information you seek.
