Wow cool car. Unfortunately, only Rolls Royce has that information. I do not know how you cam to own the car or if you own the car but the it is my understanding that the buyer was to sign a contract stating only Rolls Royce is to work on the car. I could be wrong but I have never seen nor heard of a Rolls Royce repair manual offered to the public. And that is the only place I know of that would have the information you seek.

There is blockage/restriction in the fuel line between the fuel pump and the carburetor. I suspect there may be a fuel filter in the line somewhere, so check for that. You can disconnect the line from the fuel pump and from the carburetor, and see if you can blow compressed air through the line. Check in both directions - if there is something stuck in there, it may be dislodged by the air pressure and come through.

If the light is back on then the problem was not fixed by new sensors period.

on some old english cars the central horn button had to be pushed down and at the same time twisted to the left ( anticlockwise the method of fixing was by a series of interlocking pegs that had to have the button depressed and turned so that the pegs no longer were captive and allowed the spring under the button to push the button out of the steering wheel hub IF you do not disconnect the horn wires first you may drive the neighbours mad as pressing the button will sound the horn

Most transmissions fill through the transmission dipstick tube.

Low battery voltage. poor battery post connections, poor ground, bad or poor POS+ to starter, or solenoid on starter faulty. Failt possibility ignition switch faulty.

Put oil in the carbs. SU carbs correct? Those black things on the top of the carb towers unscrew. You add lightweight oil (Volvo recommends "sewing machine" oil, motor oil will do. Should be right under the glove compartment door. It' covered by a wide panel, secured by two flat-head, type screws, turn each 1/4 turn counterclock wise, panel should open, hinge down and a light should come on to illuminate the fuses. There is also one or two in line fuses at the top center of the firewall under the hood.

it should be on the passenger side of the car under the hood, almost back to the firewall.

Either bad paint, or rust is forming under the paint.

Question is a little confusing, Question asks about a '77, the Headline asks about a'79. I have a '77 and it's in a panel directly under the glove box door. You'll see 1 or 2 flathead chrome screws. You can turn them 1/4 turn counterclockwise and the panel door will open, hinge down, and a small light will come on so that you can see the fuses. There is also one or two in-line fuses under the hood right about the top center of the firewall. hope this helps.

Have you tried replacing the fuel filter, could be mostly plugged?
