-Tools needed - buffer, terry cloth bonnets, Rubbing compound, polishing compound and a any type of polish.

- Procedures - The first thing you will need to do is clean the headlight of any debris so that when you are buffing it you do not cause any deep scratches in the lenses. Next apply a generous amount of the rubbing compound to the buffer and begin buffing the lens with an even back and forth motion until all the compound has turned into a powdery substance. Then wipe it off with a small cloth. Now use the polishing compound to smooth the lens using the same buffing method.
