Because the wheels are corroded to the hub, causing it to seize. Leave one nut threaded on just a few turns (so your wheel doesn't go flying), get a big hammer and hit the inside of the tire with a good solid shot. That wheel will break loose pretty quick. Good luck!

Great link for Isuzu owners. I bought my son a 1999 Rodeo and it is the perfect car for a teenager. Not too big, not too small and good sightlines from drivers seat.

need more of a discription but right off my head a couple things

if its big its the starter plate if its small its the starter gear

drive shaft
the other is called a spline connecting drive shaft to throw out bearing you need to send out whole drive shaft to get replaced cause these require balancing they connect by u-joint
if they dont know what a drive shaft components are then you will need specialist to do whole drive shaft correctly
