I'm assuming when you say "converter" your referring to the catalytic converter (Cat)? Sadly in modern vehicles doing a "Straight Swop" on a transmission isn't that simple. Your vehicle's engine and transmission electronics are set up for an Automatic transmission. It will have some sensors that a manual doesn't have and not have other sensors a manual does need. Did you have the vehicle's ECU, (brain), reprogrammed to work with a manual transmission. If you didn't the ECU will be getting confused signals which can put it into some sort of 'Safe' setting. Removing (Deleting) the Cat can also cause issues. The Muffler and the Audio kit shouldn't affect the engine unless there's been a mistake wiring in behind the head unit.

Anti Theft immobilizer is the most likely. Did you disconnect the battery? Did you check for trouble codes.

Opening the door with the key should turn the alarm off. It is the certified way to get into a car if the key fob remote fails. Get a local auto locksmith to get you a new fob and key and program it. Keep the old one as a spare key.

The immobilizer uses 2 computers, modules and sensors to stop exactly what you are trying to do, start the car without the correct credentials. You have to fix the problem, not try and find away around it. we are in Northern Hemisphere we do not cover cars down under,.(no books no parts,no cars) your tests are all wrong, and wrong order. the engine must be good (we do tests to prove that) This answer is ASE 101 text book , rules., even for 100 years. then spark is next. if the PCM detects spark bad it cuts fuel on PURPOSE . so spark is tested fully now, and not just 1 spark plug but all must be good. for sure 4 cylinders good last is fuel not first ever. ok? see that logic you can not burn fuel with a dead engine or dead spark dead engines can be a snapped cam belt. super common seen at 100k miles, zero service, done in cam.

That sort of information is not available. If you want that, you would have to contact the factory, find the design team and get the archived technical drawings on that part.
