This is called 'Parasitic Draw' and is notoriously difficult to find. This is how you check it. Fully charge the battery. Put an Ammeter on the positive terminal of the battery. Have someone watch the meter as another person pulls each fuse one at a time. When one or more fuses are pulled, the amperage load with drop considerably. That just highlights which component and which circuit is causing it? Or take it to a local auto-electrician who has the experience and the $5,0000 scan tool computer. My first thought was the anti-theft system and immobilizer, but apparently the 307 has a clear warning. And that Central Locking system clicking is a puzzle. Did you replace the battery with a new one? did the head get resurfaced or planed

There's no EGR valve on a 1.4 petrol... The idle-air valve is a known problem ance they get a few years old... With a new valve you might need to do a reset of the stepper motor. Do a search for IACV valve reset stepper 206.

Those sorts of issues you can't fix yourself. Look locally for a good auto-electrician. You need someone with a $2,500 scan tool computer than can analyze the electrical system in real time as it happens and record it all. Look at the Scotty Kilmer YouTube channel for the sort of data a scan tool can diagnose. He recently did a 2006 Lexus.

Have you tried your spare remote, it may just be the remote button is defective. If no then the electric latch motor is defective or some how jammed

Hard top folding roof? Have the codes read. I don't work on Peugeot, But I work on others. They have a ton of sensors on them. You need to know which one is acting up. Is it the sensor or a wire or module.

Well its a 2009 and as such its all electronic control and it can only be diagnosed using the dealer software via the internet this is to stop people like myself from doing anything to it ,from the sound of it i would suspect the throttle position sensor under the dash on the end of the throttle pedal as this fault i have had before on more than one occasion even more so with my favourite )not( make of vehicle a renault but in all honesty you are in the hands of the dealers here as they are the only ones with access to the software via the internet with the factory ,Sorry i cannot give you a nice fixya easy type fix

This will save you loads of money and stress ok. Been using this simple solution for about 18 months and still working. On your lock bar (not door lock) but the u shaped bar that the lock latches onto! on pillow of car. Don't laugh ok ha ha ! just rap electrical tape around bar a few times to make it thicker. You might have to experiment by adding or taking layer of tape off. your door should lock ok and door sensor fault will not appear. "YES" its as simple as that ! Tape will wear but its a 2 minute job to redo and the estimated cost will be 50p lol. three garages told me I need new lock fitted and then the thinking light bulb shon so brite!
