If any of four abs sensors is not working then abs light comes up and subsequently affects car's stability (esp). OBD diagnostic scanner will find out that which sensor is causing it. If all sensors are fine then most probably there is a problem with your abs/esp unit in engine bay. PEUGEOT announced a problem with the 308 vehicles and it has been identified that the operation of the ABS/ESP braking unit may be affected by the ingress of water. Previously, recall are announced to be affected vehicles to reinforce the resistance of the ABS/ESP unit to water.

If your wheel bearings are worn, it can cause a grinding noise while turning the vehicle. Poor steering and handling and uneven tire wear are just some of the effects of failing wheel bearings.

You have AIRLOCKS. So you replace the radiator, replace a radiator hose, or flush your radiator and refill the system only to find you have no heat and yet the vehicle is overheating! Why is that? You have air in the system especially in the heater matrix which is dry of coolant and the water is not cycling and cooling through the radiator. For the cooling system to work it must be full of coolant with no air in there at all. There are videos, but basically, these as the steps. You remove the radiator cap, as opposed to the reservoir cap. You elevate the front of the vehicle because the heater matrix is up in the dashboard. You start the car and put the heating on FULL heat. Start the car, keep topping up until the cooling fans kick in. Squeeze the bottom radiator a few times, and rev the engine a few times as it is warming up. Turn off the engine, and top up one last time. Clean the Throttle Body and the Mass Air Flow sensor. Put it on a pro grade scan tool and check for codes and live data. My motto is 'diagnose and repair / replace'. The 'let's try replacing this part' is expensive. When you start the vehicle, the ECM intentionally runs the car with extra petrol to make it run rich. After 20 minutes, the car is fully warm and the ECM is looking to provide the correct mixture, not rich and not lean. Because the throttle body isn't closing properly due to carbon build up, the ECM is struggling, and trying to compensate. ABS is Anti-lock Braking System related and shouldn't affect the vehicle starting. Did you disconnect the battery when you replaced the module? Did you reset the security system? You say 'STILL won't start', did you change the ABS module to fix a starting problem? So many questions :>D

Most likely the ECU (Engine Computer Unit) is responding to some duff sensor / loose cable / whatever ..

All modern engines have more sensors than you can shake a stick at, some positioned in the most inaccessible places, that can cause the most obscure problems imaginable (remember the Oxygen Sensor in the Exhaust manifold that was 'poisioned' by some dufff supermarket petrol ??)

The cooling fan has an independent temperature-controlled switch. What you are describing is normal operation.

No ignition coil means no spark which means the fuel won't combust. Fit a new coil.

Ignition coil is defective, there will be no spark from the ignition coil and you will no longer be able to start the engine of your Peugeot

I would check the tourque converter bolts to make sure one hasn't backed out and is rubbing the case.
