You need a good auto-electrician for a mess like that. It could be one of the 23 modules in that vehicle. Only a pro grade scan tool computer can diagnose by calling up the data from each one. All of the items you changed were not the issue. Diagnose, THEN replace.

Check control switches, power and grounds, and the 'blend door' operation. If you have a 'no heat' condition throughout the vehicle you should look to make sure the heater core is not plugged, and that the thermostat is operating properly, and that the coolant/antifreeze level is within spec.

Check engine light back on ???? What DTC'S - diagnostic trouble codes are stored ? Need to know that to assist you . After a battery disconnect on GM vehicles you need to enter a code into the radio for it to work again . Not all GM vehicles are like this , i will have to look that up I come back later ! Time to take kids to school .

Exterior Lamps The exterior lighting system consist of the following lamps: • The Headlamps • The Daytime Running Lamps (DRL) • Fog Lamps • The Park, Tail and Marker Lamps • Exterior Courtesy Lamps • The Turn Signal/Hazard Lamps • The Stop Lamps • The Backup Lamps • The Clearance Lamps Park, Tail and Marker Lamps The park, tail and marker lamps, including the license lamps, are turned on when the headlamp switch is placed in the PARK or HEAD position or anytime the headlights are requested. The underhood fuse block supplies battery positive voltage to both the park lamp relay switch contacts and the park lamp coil circuit. The body control module (BCM) provides a ground or control circuit to the park lamp relay coil circuit. When the park lamps are turned on the BCM energizes the park lamp relay. Current flow is from the park lamp relay to the FR PRK 10 A fuse, RR PRK 10 A fuse, LR PRK 10 A fuse, and the TRL PRK 10 A fuse, and to their respective park and marker lamps. The front park and marker lamps are grounded at G100. The rear park and marker lamps are grounded at G401. The license lamps are grounded at G410. If the headlight switch is left in the ON position, the inadvertent power control feature will turn off the park, tail and marker lamps approximately 10 minutes after the ignition switch is turned to the OFF position. If the driver places the headlight switch in the ON position after the ignition switch has been turned OFF, or if the ignition switch is in the ACCY position, the park, tail and marker lamps will remain on until turned off or the battery runs dead.

Sounds like a ground issue Jack. Make sure ground 103 and 104 are clean and tight. Passenger side of the engine.

I think you should get a driver's licence before you worry about this sort of problem. As a learner-driver, your instructor will teach you all you need to know.

It is not supposed to. The traction control gives power to opposing wheels and applies brakes in milliseconds to prevent total loss of control of the car. The computer immediately takes over and prevents 4wd that could send the car into a worse skid.. You are talking about ice which is very different from snow where traction is concerned. The grinding you hear could have been the anti-lock system being activated.

I'm no expert....just taking a guess here...but take your truck to autozone or a mechanic and run the codes on it. Most likely there will be some failed codes in the computer log. If a vehicle won't restart after being run, it is probably a sensor that is shutting down the fuel to the injectors or the fuel idling circuit. Once they cool down the sensor returns to a cold start and allows the fuel to flow normally.

When I lifted my truck it did this and ended up being a ground wire that I forgot to hook up.

first replace the batteries in the remote . Also try manually locking the doors and use the key to open it .Sometimes that works. good luck

Usually the has to be replaced and make sure to clear all trouble codes

Glitch with dash gage cluster. Must be replaced.

I have a 2002 Silverado and it does same thing goes to E low fuel light comes on then it goes back to normal. I was told there is a glitch with that style gage cluster and it has to be replaced. About 500 dollars
